Puja Khedkar may be fired from her job from her post of IAS or charged with a crime if found guilty of misusing her authority and privileges, as she is being criticized for doing. She is questioned about her disability and OBC claims.

Her father, a former bureaucrat and Lok Sabha candidate, refuted her allegations of financial fragility by disclosing assets worth over Rs 40 crore, including properties registered in Khedkar's name that are valued in crores.

The video captures an argument between a farmer and Pooja Khedkar's mother Ms. Manorama, who is taken away by bouncers, over who should own a piece of land in the Mulshi tehsil of Pune.

Puja Khedkar, 32, also charged of putting red and blue lights and VIP number plate on her private Audi car. Her car has been inspected by Pune Police.

This Audi car is in the name of a private company. Apart from this, she had also demanded a residential car and staff from the Collector's office, regarding which the local collector had also complained to the government.

IAS Trainee Puja Khedkar's first words facing government probe, 'I will follow the process'. According to Times of India, the jury will work with AIIMS Delhi professionals to figure out if Khedkar's visual and mental disabilities qualify him for government employment.

The Pune Rural police have chosen to investigate the video clip, putting Ms. Pooja under further scrutiny. Officials stated that they had taken note of the clip and were gathering facts about the case.

Her lawyer confirmed that Ms. Manorama did, possess a firearm, and that she had believed carried it that day for her "safety," even though the law enforcement had stated their desire to investigate whether or not she had a valid firearm license.

There is the possibility of criminal prosecution, according to sources, in the event that the certificates are proven to be counterfeit. The investigation committee will thoroughly examine the case before the DOPT makes the ultimate determination.
